Online or in-person, each person is unique, so the aim of naturopathic treatment is to establish the underlying cause of ill-health, formulate an individual treatment plan with diet and lifestyle forming the basis or treatment. Supplements and herbal medicine are also used to support the treatment process.

Online or in-person, a detailed assessment of an image of the iris can provide the basis for a treatment plan as well as diet and lifestyle recommendations to best suit your constitution.
