Iridology is the science of analysing the structure, texture and colour of the many thousands of nerve fibres, blood vessels, lymphatic system, muscles and other tissues that make up the iris, sclera and pupil of the eye. Every part of your iris relates to a body system.

A detailed assessment can provide the basis for a treatment plan to best suit your constitution.

What an online consultation will include:

  • After you supply us with clear images of the 1) left iris, 2) right iris and 3) headshot we will get working on developing a report

  • If the images aren’t clear enough will require new images to be reshot and sent

  • After downloading the photographs, the iridologist will:

    • Identify the colour of your eye and what that means for you

    • Identify the constitution of your body and structure of your iris

    • Identify your inherent strengths and weaknesses

    • Identify individual iris markings

    • Identify imbalances and any areas of toxicity and inflammation.

  • The picture of your iris provides your practitioner with a map to indicate ways to help and support underlying health issues, allowing you to live a healthier life.

  • The beauty of an iridology assessment is that it is non-invasive and is complementary to most natural treatments paths

Where to start:

  1. Engage a helper to capture clear images of both your eyes and entire face in a well lit space

  2. Take a couple of shots to achieve optimal clarity in each shot

  3. Ensure the iris in each photo is as distinct - check out this article to see examples of what you are looking to achieve

  4. Notification will be sent via email if resubmission due to unclear photos is necessary

  5. Please note that refunds are not available so please take the time to read our Thoughts page which has detailed blogs on iridology

  6. No liability will be assumed for the submission of unclear photos, yet re-submission may be requested via email

  7. Keep each uploaded file size under 2MB preferably in JPEG or PDF. No HEIC files can be accepted.
